Nova Diagnostics ("Nova", "we", "us") operates the website novadiagnostics.health and the Nova app. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Because we handle health information, we treat all data with the care required of a clinical laboratory.

• Contact details you provide through our forms, WhatsApp, email or phone — name, institution, role, email address and message content.
• Referral and clinical information supplied by you or your physician to perform the tests requested, including samples, demographic details and relevant medical history.
• Results and reports generated by our laboratory and delivered through the Nova app.
• Technical data such as browser type and pages visited, collected through standard server logs. We do not use advertising trackers.

2. How we use information

We use personal information to perform and report diagnostic tests, communicate with you and your referring physician, arrange home visits, respond to enquiries, meet our legal and accreditation obligations, and improve our services. We do not sell personal information.

3. Sharing

We share information only with your treating physician or referring institution, with certified partner laboratories where a test is performed outside Nova (and only to the extent needed to run that test), with service providers who process data on our behalf under contract, and where required by law.

4. Storage and security

Data is stored securely with access limited to authorised staff. Results are retained for the periods required by Egyptian health regulations and laboratory accreditation standards.
